How to Activate Call Center Online Payments
To active Call Center Online Payments, kindly follow the steps below:
Requirements:
• You will need to have a Msegat subscription to be able to send the SMS payment links to your customers. Kindly ensure you follow this guide to configure your SMS settings before continuing with the activation steps below.
- Access the Console and go to Manage > More > Online Payments and click on Activate
- Fill in your Name, Email, phone number, and agree to the Terms & Conditions before pressing on Activate.
Note: If you are a Foodics Pay Member, and used the same mobile number when filling in the form. Then you can skip to step 4.
3. You should be receiving an SMS on the filled mobile link with an e-KYC form to fill in your details and bank information.
4. Once Approved (or you are already a member) then you will immediately gain access to the settings to configure your Online Payment system.
5. Go to Manage > More > Settings > Call Center. In the "Accepted Payment Methods" add "Online Payment" to the list to allow it be used by your Call Center team.
