Why Is My Kiosk Printer Not Printing Receipts After an Order
If your printer connected to the kiosk is not printing receipts after an order, follow these troubleshooting steps based on the outcome of a test print:
Navigate to the kiosk settings screen and select 'Test Print'.
If the Test Print Does Not Work:

Check Brand Logo:
- Go to Foodics Online, navigate to Settings -> Concept, and ensure your brand logo is uploaded. If it is not, upload the logo, then log out of the kiosk and log back in.

Verify Printer Selection:
- In the kiosk settings screen, ensure the correct printer name is selected.

Check Printer Paper:
- Verify there is paper in the printer.

Check User Role:
- Ensure the user signed in to the kiosk has an Administrator role from Foodics Online Portal.
