The integration between Foodics and Alshrouq Express will allow you to send your delivery orders from Foodics to Alshrouq Express system to manage the order delivery cycle

Business Configuration in Foodics
- Make sure that all your branches have correct
longitude
andlatitude
values. - Create an order tag with the exact name
Alshrouq
to be assigned to orders that should be handled by Alshrouq Express.
Enabling the Integration
Note: You must have a Alshrouq Express account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Alshrouq Express to register.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forAlshrouq Express
under theDelivery Management
category ---> ClickInstall
. - You will be directed to Alshrouq Express's portal, Click on the profile icon on the top right --> click on
Settings
-> Foodics Connection --> click onConnect Foodics
- Foodics will ask you to authorize Alshrouq Express to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Alshrouq Express To Access My Account
to proceed. - The integration has been enabled successfully.
How Orders are Sent to Alshrouq Express
Delivery Orders will be automatically sent to Alshrouq Express when the below conditions are met:
- Order type is
Delivery
with the customer's phone number and delivery address. - Order status is
Active
from the cashier application. - Have the
Alshrouq
Tag assigned to the order.
If all the above conditions are met, the order will be automatically sent to Alshrouq Express.
How to mark orders as Ready in the cashier
- Send the order to the Kitchen, either to the kitchen display, or to the kitchen printer
- If the order is successfully sent to Kitchen, in the cashier register screen, click
MORE
from the top right corner —> ClickMark Ready
.
Note: If the order is not sent to Kitchen, the option Mark Ready will not appear.
