Adding & Modifying Bank Accounts for Foodics Pay
This article will give you the way how to add a bank account in the Foodics Pay portal, allowing you to add multiple bank accounts to be available for use or change them when needed across branches.
"Only the owner can change the IBAN"
The first step is to open the Customer portal, press Manage, then select Bank Accounts.
To add a new bank account, please press on Add Bank Account.
Write your IBAN on the IBAN box as attached. It will be validating the IBAN to check if it is true or not.
After validating the IBAN, it will automatically fill the Account number & Bank Name fields based on the IBAN. You have to fill Beneficiary Name and attach the IBAN document.
After you click save. The IBAN status will be "Pending Review", as it takes up to 2 working days max to verify the IBAN.
Either it will be approved, or it might be Rejected (The reason will be mentioned on the i icon) as attached below for you to review and adjust it using the pen simple on the right side of the IBAN.
If it is approved and you want to change the IBAN, you can change it from the branch level, where you need to navigate into the branches page.
Next to each branch, there is a bank account linked to it. To change it, click on the three dots on the far right beside the branch and select "Change Account for This Branch", change it and click "Save".
Note:
You can only switch to approved banks. You cannot switch to a bank that was previously rejected or is still pending review which will take up to 2 working days.
