What is Foodics Supply and how does it help shop owners ?
Foodics Supply is a platform exclusively for Foodics merchants, designed to simplify the process of sourcing raw ingredients and materials (both food and non-food) for restaurants and cafes.
The app addresses the common challenge of cash flow by offering merchants a credit limit of up to 25,000 SAR, allowing them to purchase what they need and pay in easy daily installments over 30 days.
How does Foodics Supply work?
Each Foodics merchant who is eligible to use the app is granted 25K Riyal as a credit to buy all the raw ingredients needed for his restaurant or cafe
How can I benefit from Foodics Supply?
It’s simple, you save cash! As you don’t need to make a one-time payment for your purchases. Instead, the total amount of your order is split into 30 payments, which are automatically deducted daily from your Foodics Pay account over 30 days after receiving your order.
How does the deduction process work?
Once we deliver your order to your store, the total amount of the order is split into 30 payments and then automatically gets deducted from your Foodics Pay account over 30 days.
What are the conditions I have to meet to use Foodics Supply app?
- An active account on Foodics Pay
- Total transaction of at least 25K Riyal each month in the last 6 months.
What is the deduction percentage ?
There is no fixed percentage and it depends on the total order amount, where the total amount is divided into 30 payments to be deducted within 30 days after the delivery.
When does the deduction start?
It starts on the same day of the order delivery.
Can I install the app on multiple devices and make purchases?
Yes, as long as you are using the owner account credentials
Is there a fee for this service?
No, we don't charge you anything .
How long does it take to deliver the order?
If the order was placed before the cutoff time (1:30 PM) , your order will be delivered the next day.
At the same time, you also can schedule the delivery date as per your need and convenience from the checkout screen before placing the order.
How to request an unavailable product?
There is a link at the end of the products listing screen and search screen, from there you can add the name, quantity and a picture of that product.
Where can I find my tax invoices ?
From the side menu in the app, click on the tax invoices item and you will find all your orders invoices. And you can also download each one separately after you open it.
Why I can’t make a purchase on Foodics Supply app ?
There are two possible reasons for that
- Your Foodics Pay account is not activated.
- The transactions logged on Foodics Pay didn’t reach the required total in the last 6 months.
