How to manage an Invoice Quotation in Foodics Accounting
A Quotation is a document issued by the seller to the buyer upon request. It outlines the details and cost of a product or service the buyer is interested in purchasing.
✅ How to Create a New Quotation:
- Go to Sales > Invoices > Quotes > New Quotes
- When the "New Quotes" page appears, fill in the required details:
- Select the Customer Name from existing contacts, or click Add Contact to create a new one
- Set the Quotation Date
- Set the Quotation Expiry Date
- Enter the Quotation Title
- Add Product/Service Details
- Description
- Quantity
- Unit Price
- Tax (if applicable)
- Add Terms and Conditions as needed
- Click Save to finalize and store the quotation.
