How to manage Contacts in Foodics Accounting
From the Contacts List:
Contacts (whether suppliers or customers) are stored in this list.
Adding a Contact:
You can add a new contact (supplier or customer) by:
Go to Contacts (Customer, Supplier, etc.) > Add Contact
2. Enter the contact details:
- Contact Name
- Account Number
- Responsible Person
- Mobile Number
Continue entering additional details below:
- Email Address
- Physical Address
- Mailing Address
Finally, enter:
- Tax Number
- Financial Details
3.Click Save
Viewing a Contact:
You can view archived contacts by selecting View Archive. A list of all archived contacts will appear.
Importing Contacts:
You can upload contact information (supplier or customer) by:
