Business Configurations
- Make sure that all menu entities have the same exact names in both systems.
- Make sure that all inventory items have the same exact names in both systems.
Customers
Make sure that all customers have the same names in both systems and all basic details (phone & address are filled out). When syncing orders if a customer did not exist in PowerERP he will be automatically created.
To add new customer in PowerERP, navigate to Sales > Customers > Add a new record > Fill in the customer details > Save.
Note: You can sync all customers orders under a default customer.
Taxes
The integration supports both Inclusive & Exclusive Tax pricing.
To define the pricing method on PowerERP, navigate to Sales > Sales Settings > Customize Sales & Taxes > Is the tax included in the base price. Check this option in inclusive pricing.
Payment Methods
All respective payment methods must be created on PowerERP, in case of House Account Sales the integration will automatically create this payment method in PowerERP if it was not created during the setup knowing that the amount will have to be collected manually when the customer pays his debt on PowerERP.
To create payments on PowerERP navigate to Accounts > Account Settings > Add new > Fill in the information then Save.
Enabling The Integration
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login.
- Navigate to Marketplace page --> Search for
PowerERP
underERP
category --> ClickInstall
. - Login to PowerERP using the admin user, if you dont have an account please click the
Sign up
button. - Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Integrate with Foodics > New Integration.
- Fill in all the required information then click
Save
, for more details on the required information. - Foodics will ask for your permission. Click
Authorize PowerERP to Access my Account
or ClickCancel
if you want to cancel the process. - After clicking
Authorize
, you will be taken to PowerERP’s portal and a confirmation message regarding the successful integration will appear. - The integration has been enabled successfully.
