HR & Payroll in Foodics Accounting

Initial Setup Steps:

1. Go to:

Settings > HR & Payroll Settings

2. Configure the Following Options:

• Whether to allow half-day leaves
• Whether to carry forward remaining annual leave for employees
• Payslip header text for salary slips
• Set the income tax rate for citizens
• Set the income tax rate for residents

3. Link Payroll Accounts:

• Link payroll-related components to the appropriate accounts in the Chart of Accounts
  (e.g., the basic salary is linked to the "Salaries & Wages" account)

4. In the "Payment" Section:

• Select the bank account used to pay employee salaries

5. End of Service Calculation:

• Enable End of Service Benefits (EOSB) calculation for both citizens and residents

6. Save the Configuration:

• Click the Save icon to store all entries
