HR & Payroll in Foodics Accounting
Initial Setup Steps:
1. Go to:
Settings > HR & Payroll Settings
2. Configure the Following Options:
- Whether to allow half-day leaves
- Whether to carry forward remaining annual leave for employees
- Payslip header text for salary slips
- Set the income tax rate for citizens
- Set the income tax rate for residents
3. Link Payroll Accounts:
- Link payroll-related components to the appropriate accounts in the Chart of Accounts
(e.g., the basic salary is linked to the "Salaries & Wages" account)
4. In the "Payment" Section:
- Select the bank account used to pay employee salaries
5. End of Service Calculation:
- Enable End of Service Benefits (EOSB) calculation for both citizens and residents
6. Save the Configuration:
- Click the Save icon to store all entries
