Main Dashboard features in Foodics Accounting

Main Dashboard of the Accounting System

Once you log in to the Foodics Accounting, you will be directed to the Main Dashboard, which is your key area for accessing the business reports you need to view regularly.

You can customize the Main Dashboard options and charts by:

1. Clicking on Customize Dashboard View
   
2. Selecting your preferred options
3. Clicking Submit to save your customization

Features of the Accounting Dashboard

• Bank Balances for up to 10 accounts are displayed, showing each account's balance in the Foodics Accounting System. Clicking "View All" will redirect you to the Bank Accounts screen.
• Bank accounts are displayed in descending order based on balance.
• Profit and Loss (up to today): Displays revenue, expenses, and net income.
• Account Watchlist: Shows selected accounts and their balances (You can select which accounts appear by going to Chart of Accounts > Choose the desired account > Click “Show on Dashboard”).
• Bar Chart for watchlisted accounts showing the balance for each.
• Bar Chart showing the Top 10 Expenses, with account names displayed below.
• Pie Chart showing the Top 3 Expenses by percentage, along with account names and balances.
• Two separate sections for Customers and Suppliers, showing:
  • Number of open invoices
  • Outstanding amounts
  • Names and details of the suppliers/customers

Note:

1. The visibility of the dashboard content depends on the user's permissions—either a full dashboard or a limited version.
2. Some lists or options might not appear in the content menu if the user's role restricts access to certain screens.
3. Clicking any option on the dashboard will open the detailed transactions screen.

Main Dashboard of the HR System

Upon logging in to the Foodics Accounting System, you'll also have access to the HR System Dashboard.
To switch views, click on “View HR Dashboard”.

You can customize the HR dashboard options and charts by:

1. Clicking on Customize Dashboard View
   
2. Selecting your preferred options
3. Clicking Submit to save your customization

Features of the HR System Dashboard

• Bar Chart showing the number of employees in the organization (Active / Inactive)
• Chart showing the status of employee advances (Pending / Deducting / Approved / Rejected)
• Chart showing employee salaries (Total Salaries / Due Salaries)
• Pie Chart showing the percentage of the top 3 nationalities among employees
• Activity Log showing user activity within the system

Note:

1. Access to the HR dashboard also depends on user permissions—full or limited access.
2. Some lists or options may be hidden if the user role restricts access.
3. Clicking on any item will open a detailed view.
