Business Configurations in Foodics

To successfully integrate BEANZ with your Foodics account, please follow these configurations:

1. Tax Inclusivity: Ensure all your price tags use tax-inclusive pricing. BEANZ does not support tax-exclusive prices.
2. Menu Group Setup: Label all menu groups intended for BEANZ as “BEANZ” for compatibility. This helps in syncing between the systems.
3. Price Tag Configuration (Optional): If any price tags are associated with BEANZ products, label them as “BEANZ”.

Enabling The Integration

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner's email to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Beanz under Food Aggregator category ---> Click Install.
3. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Beanz to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Beanz To Access My Account to proceed. By doing so, you grant Beanz the necessary permissions to access your Foodics account and enable the integration between the two platforms.
