Online Ordering Settings

You can find in the RMS Console, the ability to view all the online settings across all your branches and devices. Furthermore, this area allows you to tweak some settings as you see fit.

To reach this area all you have to do is go from the Console to Manage > More > Online Ordering. 

The status displays if the online ordering in that branch is active or not:

Green: Active and ready

Yellow: Not yet active or missing a setting

Red: Not activated. 

Moreover, you can click on any of branches to adjust the following:

• Which Cashier device to receive the online orders within that branch
• Should it auto accept orders and send to the kitchen
• Should it print orders receipts when received.
