Business Configurations in Foodics

Create an Open value type Amount charge and apply it on all Order Types & Branches then assign the relevant Tax Group to the charge if applicable. Copy and paste the charge name as “VastMenu" Charge name must be exactly the same as the one typed in the guide.

Enabling The Integration

You must have an VastMenu account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact VastMenu to register or click here.

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner's email to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Vastmenu under Online Ordering category ---> Click Install.
3. Foodics will ask you to Authorize VastMenu to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize VastMenu To Access My Account to proceed. By doing so, you grant VastMenu the necessary permissions to access your Foodics account and enable the integration between the two platforms.
4. You will be navigated to VastMenu merchant panel to enter your VastMenu business credentials to sign in.
5. Integration has been enabled successfully.

Menu Sync

1. Login to VastMenu dashboard then click on POS -> foodics
2. Click on branches and choose the branch you want to connect
3. Do the same thing to tables to connect each table in VastMenu to foodics Tables
4. Click on Sync All and wait 5 minutes maximum until all your foodics data to be collected

Important Notes

Customers who are not subscribed to VastMenu must first contact us to arrange stand provisioning and service activation before integrating with Foodics.
