Enabling The Integration
In order to use the integration, contact Qoodz to obtain your API Key for integration.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner's email to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forQoodz
underOnline Ordering
category ---> ClickInstall
. - Foodics will ask you to Authorize Qoodz to access your Foodics Account, click

QoodzTo Access My Account
to proceed. By doing so, you grant Qoodz the necessary permissions to access your Foodics account and enable the integration between the two platforms. - Enter your API Key provided by Qoodz and submit.
- You will be redirected back to the Qoodz dashboard with a confirmation message indicating a successful integration
Using The Integration
- Qoodz will provide unique QR codes associated with each table in your venue.
- Customers can scan the QR code at their table to access the digital menu and place orders.
- Orders are processed directly through the Qoodz system, ensuring efficient management.
- Transactions, including payment details and promotional discounts, will be reflected on the Qoodz dashboard.
- Staff can track and manage orders in real-time for a seamless dining experience.
Important Notes
- Qoodz operates with tax-inclusive pricing models.
- Orders with applied discounts will reflect the final total but will not display a detailed breakdown of discount calculations.
- Payments processed via Qoodz will be recorded in the Qoodz dashboard but not in Foodics Cashier. Therefore, after confirming payment in Qoodz, staff must manually mark the order as paid in Foodics Cashier.
