Enabling the Integration

Note: You must have an InvoiceQ account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact InvoiceQ Sales team to register.

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for InvoiceQ under Digital Receipts category ---> Click Install.
3. Authorization page appears, Foodics will ask you to Authorize InvoiceQ to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize InvoiceQ To Access My Account to proceed.
4. The attached link outlines the process and the pending steps Onboarding Guide, or you can do the following steps:
   • 4.1 : (existing user / already have account):
     • 4.1.1: click on 'Log in To InvoiceQ' button and you we will be redirected to InvoiceQ Login page.
     • 4.1.2: Log in using your InvoiceQ Creditionals
     • 4.1.3: you we will be redirected automatically to InvoiceQ-Foodics Account setup
     • 4.1.4: select from where you would like InvoiceQ to consume order from.
     • 4.1.5: submit and Congrats your are now connected
   • 4.2 : (new User / don't have an account):
     • 4.2.1: click on 'Create An InvoiceQ Account'
     • 4.2.2: you will be redirtected to InvoiceQ Registration Form.
     • 4.2.3: fill the required fields and InvoiceQ Sales team will contact you within 24 hours.
5. Integration has been enabled successfully.
