Enabling the Integration
Before enabling the integration, you need to do create a Foodics account in order to successfully send/receive data that will reflect in Chefadmin.
For integrating brand with the Foodics account, do the following steps:
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forChefadmin
underOther
category ---> ClickInstall
. - Login to the Chefadmin account from company owner, and then go the Brands to create your first Brand
- After your Brand is created, Select three dots action button of the respective brand and then click on “integrate”, this will trigger an authorization step for permission
- Authorization page appears, Foodics will ask you to Authorize Chefadmin to access your Foodics Account, click

to proceed. - You will be redirected towards Chefadmin, Foodics integration for brand will be marked as successful, After showing popup for successful integration it will return to brand’s list page.
Note: Go to Users option in Settings, Create a Company Manager user through Company Owner account before going onto the next step
For Branch Mapping:
(Ideally Chefadmin branches should be equal to number of branches at Foodics but its not mandatory)
- Login from your company manager account and click on settings and then go to branch
- Create new or select from existing branches, click on the action button of the respective branch and then click on “Foodics Tagging”.
- Popup will be displayed that shows the branches present at Foodics, click on the branch you want to tag, and then the branch of Foodics will be tagged with Chefadmin branch.
Menu Sync
After completing the mapping process of brand and branch, sync the menu of Chefadmin to the Foodics account. (Note: Only opt for this option if you want all changes to start reflecting on your Foodics account too, else keep this in turn Off state till the time you are ready for pushing your Data) For syncing the menu, follow the steps as below:
- Login from company admin and go to menu tab and click on “Sync preferences”.
- Popup will be displayed for sync preferences options, Select respective preference.
- After selecting, preferences synced popup will be
- Create the complete menu step by step (add ingredients, make sub recipes, formulate recipes, do the costing an then activate menu on Chefadmin to reflect data onto Foodics
- Then create orders on Foodics through POS
- Orders will be auto-fetched and all sorts of consumption will be handled at Chefadmin Dashboard & Reports section
