Business Configuration in Foodics
- Make sure that all your branches have correct
longitudeandlatitudevalues. - We will create an order tag with the exact name
RIGHT_NOWto be assigned to orders that should be handled by Holouly.
Enabling the Integration
Note: You must have a Holouly account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Holouly support team for agreement
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplacepage ---> Search forHoloulyunder theDelivery Managementcategory ---> ClickInstall. - Foodics will ask you to authorize Holouly to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Holouly To Access My Accountto proceed. - Log into your holouly account
- Configure Right-Now branches’ delivery zones and assigned drivers (must be done through Right-Now support) to ensure driver coverage through the area
- The integration has been enabled successfully.
How Orders are Sent to Holouly
Delivery Orders will be automatically sent to Holouly when the below conditions are met:
- Order type is
Deliverywith the customer's phone number and delivery address. - Order status is
Activefrom the cashier application. - Have the
RIGHT_NOWTag assigned to the order.
If all the above conditions are met, the order will be automatically sent to Holouly
How to mark orders as Ready in the cashier
- Send the order to the Kitchen, either to the kitchen display, or to the kitchen printer
- If the order is successfully sent to Kitchen, in the cashier register screen, click
MOREfrom the top right corner —> ClickMark Ready.
Note: If the order is not sent to Kitchen, the option Mark Ready will not appear.
