Foodics Online Website Configuration
Access the Foodics Online website.
You can access the Foodics Online website by logging in to the Console, navigating to 'My Apps,' and clicking on 'Online'. Also, you can access the Foodics online by this link: Foodics Online | Login
Log in using the owner account credentials.
- You should have a Foodics online product, one of the following Foodics online products (Web, App, Kiosk, CounterTop, Free QR).
- If you already have one of the FO products and it is the first time to log in to Foodics online, then you need to log in to the console by the owner account, then click on My Apps, then the client on Foodics online, then click on "Login with owner account". If an error message appears and no success in logging in, then you need to contact support.
- If you need to log in again to Foodics online, you can follow the same steps. If you are a normal user, then the owner has to create a user for it then he can log in with the user name "Not email" and password for the user normally.
- If it is not the first time and you are the owner, then you can follow the same steps, but if it is a normal user, then you can log in with the user credentials that the owner created in the FO portal.
Sync the menu from the console to ensure it reflects on the website.
You need to create the full menu in the console, then in Foodics online, you need to go to Menus - Menu name - Sync POS, and then all the products from the console will be reflected in Foodics online.
If it has no menu in the Foodics online, you can create a new one by going to Menus - Advanced Tools - Add menu - Menu name - Save - Sync POS.
Any edit on the menu should be done on the console, then sync in Foodics online in order to reflect (including images for categories and products, prices, and product descriptions). Add the domain name and menu name of the Foodics Online website.
The domain name and menu name are the basis for opening the website; without this step, the website will not be configured, and an error "server error" will appear. From Apps - View App (Web) - Default menu (Choose the menu name that you created to appear in the website) - Host URL (add the website name in this field to open it by the same name that you added ) - save.
You can open the website after these steps like {WebName.Foodics.Online}
Generate the QR code for the website.
To generate the QR code for the website, go to QR ordering.
- If it is a free QR, you need only to select the Application name, then the QR will be generated.
- If it is a paid license and the client has a paid website, then you need to choose the QR type "order type" - Application name.
- Depending on the QR type, there will be settings that you need to add. Then click on Export PDF.
Scan the QR code to ensure the website loads correctly and verify that product images and prices are displayed accurately.
Then you can only scan the QR that was generated, depending on the settings that you configured, then the website will open when you scan the QR with your phone.
Add the logo of the website
You can add the logo of your restaurant to the website by going to Settings - Concept - Marketing - Upload your logo - Save.
