How to enable Two-Factor Authentication for your Foodics Console

To enable Two-Factor Authentication for your Foodics Console, kindly follow the guide below:

1. login on to your Console
2. Click on your User Profile Icon > My Account > Business Setting
   
   
3. Scroll to the bottom and tick the "Enable Two-Factor authentication" option
   
4. You will get a prompt to warning you that ALL users will be logged out after this step. Click Yes to proceed
   
5. On the bottom click "Save Changes"
6. The system will log you out automatically, please proceed to login again
   
7. A prompt will pop-up asking you to download Google Authenticator application (available for both iOS and Android). Download it on your phone and have it ready then press Start Pairing
   
8. Press the "+" button in the application and select "Scan QR" then scan the QR code presented to you on the page. Once you see it added on your phone, click on Continue
   
9. In the next page, input the 6 digit code from your phone authenticator app here then press done. 
   
10. Once completed you will find the confirmation screen and Back-up codes. Then go back to login to login with 2FA enabled. 
    NOTE: COPY AND SAVE THE CODE SOMEWHERE SAFE. IT WILL BE THE ONLY WAY TO RESTORE YOUR AUTHENTICATOR SHOULD ANYTHING HAPPEN TO THAT PHONE.
