Foodics Pico Reconciliation

1. Open the Reconciliation Menu
From the main screen, tap Reconciliation.

2. View Pending Transactions
The terminal will display a list of transactions pending reconciliation.

The total amount to reconcile will be shown at the top (e.g., ﷼400).

Start the Reconciliation
Tap the Reconcile button to initiate the reconciliation process.

If Reconciliation Is Successful:
A QR code receipt will be generated.

Tap Done to finish.

You can view reconciliation details:

Status: Success

Date & Time

Reference Number

Breakdown of actions (Purchase, Refund, Reversal)

Card type distribution (Mada, Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

Below, you will see the breakdown by card type (e.g., Visa, Mada) and timestamp of each transaction.

 If Reconciliation Fails:
A screen will show Reconciliation Failed.

You will have the option to:

Tap Retry to attempt again.

Or Cancel to stop the process.
