Foodics Pico Reversal Transaction

1. Open the Reversal Menu
On the home screen, tap Reversal.

2. Select the Transaction to Reverse
A list of reversible transactions will appear.

Tap on the desired purchase transaction you want to reverse.

3. Review the Transaction Details
The terminal will display a receipt-like view of the transaction.

Tap the Reversal button at the bottom.

4. Confirm the Reversal
A confirmation popup will appear:

It shows the transaction reference number and the amount to be refunded.

Tap Reverse Transaction to proceed.

Or tap Not Now to cancel.

 If Reversal Is Successful:
A green checkmark and confirmation message will appear:
"Transaction reversed successfully!"

You can:

Tap View Receipt to display the QR code for the reversal receipt.

Tap Done to finish.

 If Reversal Fails:
A message will appear: Reversal Failed

You will have two options:

Retry to attempt the reversal again.

Cancel to exit.
