Foodics Pico Activation
1. Power on the Terminal
The Foodics Pico welcome screen will appear.
2. Choose a Language
Select your preferred language: English or Arabic.
Tap Confirm to proceed.
3. Start Setup
Tap Start Setup to begin configuring your terminal.
4. Perform Quick Checks
The terminal will check for:
GPS: Must be enabled.
Internet: Connect to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Tap Enable if any of them is off, then continue once both show Enabled.
5. Enter the Linking Code
Enter the linking code from the Foodics Pay Portal.
If the code is invalid:
You’ll see a red warning.
After multiple failed attempts, the device will lock you out for a short time.
6. Set Admin PIN
Create a 4-digit Admin PIN to secure the terminal.
Re-enter the PIN to confirm.
If the PINs don’t match, you’ll be prompted to try again.
7. Select Connection Mode
Choose how you want the terminal to connect:
Standalone: Manually enter amounts with no integration.
Local network: Connect to the same network as the Cashier.
Cloud connection: Cloud-based integration

If you select Local Network:
Ensure both the Cashier app and Pico are on the same Wi-Fi.
In the Cashier app:
Go to: Menu > Devices > Add Payment Terminal.
Enter the IP address shown on the Pico screen.
Select the payment method.
