Pico Device – TID Re-login and Cache Reset Guide
In case you face an issue TID log out issue in Pico device, Kindly find the below steps to fix the issue:
1- Go to the device’s home screen.
2- Tap and hold the "Pico" app.
3- Tap on "App info".
4- Scroll down and tap on "Storage & cache".
5- Tap on "Clear Cache".
6- Then tap on "Clear Storage".
7- Tap "Ok" when prompted to confirm deletion of app data.
8- Go back and reopen the Pico app.
9- Enter the owner’s phone number registered in the Pay agreement.
10- Verify the mobile number by entering the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to the registered phone
11- Select the appropriate Terminal ID for the Pico device
You may always refer to Pay Customer Portal to find the correct TID number.
12- A "Setup completed successfully" message will appear, confirming the process is complete.
13- Complete the setup and confirm your PIN code. Once confirmed, you will be logged in successfully.
