Why did my combo not appear in the cashier?
If your newly or existing combo disappeared from your cashier device, kindly check the following aspects:
- Sync the data was not done on the cashier
- One product is inactive
- One product is inactive in a branch
- Combo is inactive
- Combo is inactive in a branch
- Empty combo group without options
- Empty size without products
- If you use the menu groups, then check if the new combo is added in the group
