BotR is an online ordering and delivery platform that allows customers to place orders from your business—whether it’s a restaurant, café, or other type of store—through the BotR marketplace app or via the Telegram chatbot.

The integration between Foodics and BotR will allow you to:
- Sync all branches from Foodics to BotR.
- Sync menu from Foodics to BotR. This includes Categories, Modifiers, Modifier Options, Products and Combos.
- Receive orders from BotR directly to your Foodics Cashier app.

Enabling the Integration
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplacepage ---> Search forBotRunderOnline Orderingcategory ---> ClickInstall. - Authorization page appears, Foodics will ask you to Authorize BotR Application to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize BotR To Access My Accountto proceed. - Integration has been enabled successfully.
- You will be navigated to BotR merchant panel.
- Please contact us through contact option , to sign contract and publish the service.
Menu Sync
- Please ensure that each product, modifier, and modifier option includes the following details: name and localized name, description and localized description, calories, price, and image.
- Menu category names and localized names must also include text and an image. (Category images will be provided by BotR to enhance the menu display.)
- The primary name field should contain English text, while the localized name should contain Arabic text to support bilingual display for customers.
- Any category, product, modifier, or modifier option that does not meet the above requirements will not be displayed in BotR.
- You can enable localized names in your Foodics account. For more information, please visit this link. If you’re unsure how to enable the localized name feature, feel free to contact us or reach out to your Foodics account manager for assistance.
Branch Sync
- Please ensure that each branch includes the following details: name, localized name, opening hours (From and To), street name, building number, additional number, city, district, postal code, and accurate latitude and longitude coordinates.
- Make sure the option “Receive call center and API orders” is enabled.
- Ensure that the coordinates are accurate, as this helps the delivery provider locate your branch efficiently.
- The primary name field should contain English text, and the localized name should contain Arabic text to support bilingual display for customers.
- If you wish to enable the dine-in option for your customers, please add sections and tables for the relevant branch. BotR will automatically activate the dine-in option once this is done.
- Any branch that does not meet the above requirements will not be displayed in BotR.
Important Notes
- Tax-Inclusive Pricing Only: BotR integration does not support tax-exclusive pricing. If your Foodics account is set to tax-exclusive, the integration will not function. Please proceed only if your account uses tax-inclusive pricing. You can easily update this setting in your Foodics account if needed.
- External Order Number: Orders sent to the Foodics cashier system include an external order number, which appears within the system and is printed on the receipt. Store cashiers can use this number to verify the order before handing it over to the customer or delivery captain.
