Introduction
Prepit is a comprehensive restaurant management platform that helps restaurants grow their business through customer loyalty, ordering systems, and data analytics.
Prepit's loyalty integration with Foodics allows restaurants to:
- Automatically reward customers with loyalty points for every purchase
- Enable customers to redeem rewards directly through the Foodics cashier system
- Track customer behavior and purchasing patterns
- Build stronger customer relationships through personalized rewards
The integration provides a seamless experience where points are automatically added to customer accounts after each purchase, and customers can easily redeem their rewards using reward codes from their Prepit app or SMS messages.

Enabling the Integration
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email. If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplacepage ---> Search forPrepitunderLoyaltycategory ---> ClickInstall. - Foodics will ask for your permission. Click
Authorize Prepit To Access My Accountto proceed OR ClickCancelif you want to cancel the process. - After clicking Authorize, you will be navigated to Prepit merchant panel to enter your Prepit business credentials to sign in.
- Once signed in, you will be automatically redirected to the Foodics authorization page on Prepit dashboard. The system will process the integration for a few seconds.
- You will see an "Authentication Successful" message appear. Integration has been enabled successfully.
Using The Integration
The Earning mechanism is automatically available once the Prepit application is enabled.
The integration works in three ways:
- Giving points to your customers
- Allowing your customers to use their points to redeem their rewards
- Deducting points from the customer when the customer returns an order
Customer Points Earning:
Points Earning for customers is automated by the integration. Points earning happens when a customer makes an order at your restaurant. You must add the customer to the order so that Prepit can identify the customer and increase his points.
When making an order in the Cashier, follow the below steps to add the customer to the order:
- Create new
Order. - Click
Add Customeron the top of the left view. - Select the customer if pre-registered, or click the
+icon to create a new customer. - Proceed with the order.
- Once the order is closed and paid, the customer will receive his points automatically. A Prepit account will be created for them if they don't have one.
Customer Points Deduction:
Points deduction for customers is automated by the integration and happens when a customer returns an order.
To return an order, follow the below steps in the cashier app:
- Click
Orders. - Go to
All--> click on the order you want to return. - Click
More--> thenReturn Order. - Select the products to be returned with their quantities --> Click
Done. - Points will be deducted automatically from the customer's balance.
Customer Reward Redemption:
The customer visits one of your branches and informs the cashier that they have Prepit reward and would like to redeem it.
The Cashier user will do the following:
- Create a new
Orderand ask for the customer information (Name or Phone number). - Click
Add Customeron the top of the left view and add the customer to the order. - Click
Moreon the top right -->Redeem Reward. - If the Customer has more than one Loyalty integration, the cashier will ask to select the integration --> Select
Prepit Loyalty. - If you have only one loyalty integration, the cashier will directly ask you to enter the
Reward Code. - Ask the customer to give you the reward code.
- Enter the reward code and click
Apply. - If the reward is valid, the cashier app will show the reward details to the cashier user. If the reward is invalid, the cashier app will show error message.
- Assuming the reward is valid, the cashier user will confirm with the customer.
- Click
Redeemto apply the reward. - Now the reward is applied and the customer can enjoy his reward.
Types of Rewards Available
Customers may receive various types of rewards through Prepit:
- Percentage discount on their entire order (e.g., 10% off)
- Fixed amount discount on their entire order (e.g., 15 EGP off)
- Discount on specific items (e.g., 20% off a burger)
- Free items with purchase (e.g., free dessert)
- Points Multiplier (e.g., earn double the amount of points for this receipt)
Important Notes
- Points are automatically added to customer accounts after each completed and paid order
- Customers must be added to orders for the loyalty system to work properly
- Reward codes can be obtained from the Prepit mobile app or SMS messages
- Always confirm reward details with the customer before applying the discount
- The system will automatically create a Prepit account for new customers when they make their first purchase
- Make sure to complete the order process fully for points to be credited correctly
