How to enable/disable Loyalty for my customers?
To enable Loyalty for your customers, simply follow the steps below:
- Login your console page
Go to Customers
- Either select or add new customer
From this page you can find "Enable Loyalty". All you need is to click it to activate
Once enabled, the Loyalty balance and total earned will also show up, as well as the Loyalty Rewards Section and Loyalty Transactions.
To disable the loyalty, you will find the button in the same location on the top of the customer's profile.
