How to customize the new Foodics Loyalty?

You have full ability to control how many points a customer can obtain and what is the redemption value based on every tier you design. 

In this guide, we will explain to you how to customize your Foodics Loyalty: 

Breakdown of the Loyalty page

1. Login to your console
2. Go to Marketing > Loyalty (New!)
3. Here you will find the Loyalty table. Let us break it down first 

1. Tier Name: This is the name you set for each Tier. For example: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum / Rookie, challenger, champion, super star. Whatever you wish.
2. Minimum Points: This is the minimum points to be able to be part of this tier. (Ie: if gold requires 500 points, and your customer has 500+ points, he will automatically become gold tier)
3. Maximum Points: This is the maximum points someone can accumulate in that tier before jumping onto the next tier. Note that the final tier maximum points will be the full total maximum points achievable
4. Collection: How many points you will obtain per money spent. For example here: If its 1 point / 5 SAR, then for every 5 SAR spent by the customer, he will earn 1 point. If it was 2 Points / 1 Sar, then the customer will get 2 points per 1 SAR spent.
5. Redemption: How many points per currency discount. For example: If its 1 SAR / 5 points. For every 5 points he spends, he will get 1 SAR. So to get 5 SAR discount, he will need to spend 25 points.

How to edit existing Loyalty tier

To edit existing Loyalty tier, then simply click on it and a new pop up will appear

In the pop-up we can customize the following:

• Tier Name: You can change the Tier name
• Minimum points: Set the minimum points needed to be part of this tier
• Maximum points: set the maximum points to achieve in this tier
• Collection: How many points per Currency
• Redemption: How much currency per point
• Color: Allows you to customize the page's color theme
• Loyalty tier image: You can use our default selections or upload your own image.

How to add a new Loyalty tier

Press on New Loyalty Tier on the top right window and you can fill in details similar to the section above.
