Order history in Foodics Black Cashier

The cashier can access easy previous orders on the cashier device and can access its details such as order creator name, used payment method, order closing time, and many more.

To access the orders history page follow these steps:

1. Click Orders.

From this page, you can access all previous orders on this cashier device.

2. Click on the order want to access its details.
 

Active Orders: Order is still on-going with the customer. It has not been closed yet. 

If the order is active you can either Edit the active order (Where you can change the products, add more, discount, etc) or press on more to:

• Void Order
• View/Print Check

Done Orders: This order has been completed and closed. 

If the order is Done you can press on more to:

• Return Order
• View/Print receipt

Voided Orders: This order was cancelled and voided BEFORE payment has been completed and the order is closed. 

If the order is Voided you can press on more to:

• Return Order
• View/Print receipt

Returned Orders: This order was cancelled AFTER payment has been completed and/or the order is closed without payment. 

If the order is Returned you can press on more to:

• Return Order
• View/Print receipt
