How to sync orders from the console to Foodics Black Cashier
If you wish to seek an order that is no longer found in order history and/or have deleted the cashier application and reinstall it, the previous orders record will be removed from the cashier application thus you might need to download the orders again.
Note:
- Make sure to avoid deleting the cashier application if the orders were not uploaded to the console
- Sync Order is limited to the SAME device license regardless if it is in the same branch. For example, cashier A & B. The order was originally done on Cashier B. You cannot restore the order in Cashier A, it has to be done on Cashier B.
To download orders from the console:
1. Click Orders.
2. Click Sync.
3. A prompt will check if you want to restore Active Orders only, or Closed Orders.
- Selecting Active Orders will automatically download all active orders from the console to the cashier (Not date selection needed)
- Selecting Closed Orders will prompt you to select which date you wish to retrieve the order history
