Business Configuration in Foodics
Make sure that all your branches have correct longitude and latitude values.
Enabling the Integration
- Note: You must have a SHDH account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact SHDH to register.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplacepage ---> Search forSHDHunderDelivery Managementcategory ---> ClickInstall. - Authorization page appears, Foodics will ask you to Authorize
SHDHto access your Foodics Account, clickAuthorize SHDH To Access My Accountto proceed. - Integration has been enabled successfully.
How Orders are Sent to SHDH
Delivery Orders will be automatically sent to SHDH when the below conditions are met:
1. Order type is Delivery
2. Order has customer and customer delivery address
3. Order is marked as Ready, details on this are provided in the last section.
4. Have the shdh_delivery_order tag assigned to the order.
- Note: Order will not be sent to SHDH if cashier is active on the order, means the order is visible in the cashier screen. The cashier has to either Close the order through full payment or Move to another order
If all above conditions are met, the order will be automatically sent to SHDH.
How to mark order as Ready in cashier
- Send order to Kitchen, either to Kitchen Display, or to Kitchen Printer
- If order is successfully sent to Kitchen, in the cashier register screen, click
MOREfrom the top right corner -> ClickMark Ready.
- Note: If order is not sent to Kitchen, the option Mark Ready will not appear.
