Unleash the power of WiDELIVER with these elegantly simple steps:
- Access Foodics: Log in to console.foodics.com/login using your owner email. Note: Only owner accounts can unlock this integration.

Discover Marketplace: Navigate to the
Marketplacesection in your Foodics console. - Search for
WiDELUVERunder theDelivery Managementcategory and clickInstall. - On the authorization page, click
Authorize WiDELUVER to Access My Accountto grant seamless permissions. - You’ll be directed to the WiDELIVER merchant panel. Enter your WiDELIVER business credentials to sign in.
- If already logged into the WiDELIVER panel, you’ll arrive at the dashboard. Otherwise, sign in with your WiDELIVER credentials.
- Your integration is now live, ready to transform your delivery experience!
Business Configuration in Foodics
- Pinpoint Locations: Ensure all branches have precise longitude and latitude values in Foodics for impeccable delivery mapping.

Craft Order Tags: Create an order tag named exactly
Wiyak-delivery(case-sensitive) to gracefully assign orders to WiDELIVER.
Sending Orders to WiDELIVER

Order Type: The order is designated as
Delivery. - Customer Details: The order includes a customer name and a valid delivery address.

Order Status: The order is marked as
Ready(see below for details).Key Note: Orders will not dispatch if they remain active on the cashier screen. The cashier must complete the order (via full payment) or transition to another order.
Marking Orders as Ready in Cashier
Prepare orders for WiDELIVER with these graceful steps:
- Send to Kitchen: Dispatch the order to the Kitchen Display or Kitchen Printer.

Mark as Ready: Once sent, in the cashier register screen, click
MOREin the top-right corner, then selectMark Ready.Note: TheMark Readyoption will remain hidden if the order hasn’t been sent to the kitchen.

- Precision is Key: Verify branch coordinates (longitude and latitude) to ensure a smooth delivery flow.

Wiyak-deliverytag must be named exactly as specified to ensure seamless order processing. - Cashier Harmony: Ensure orders are closed or moved from the cashier screen to enable WiDELIVER processing.
