Installation Guide
1. Setting Up the PICO App
Step 1: Start Setup Process
- Open the PICO app on your terminal.
- Enter your phone number to configure the payment plugin.
Step 2: Set Up Payment Plugin
- Click Install
Step 3: Create a PIN Code
- Set a PIN code for security.
Important: The PIN code can only be set once. If forgotten, you must reinstall the app to reset it.
Step 4: Default Standalone Mode Activation
- After setup, the PICO app opens in Standalone Mode by default.

1. Using Standalone Mode
Default Mode Features
Manual Payment Processing:
- Enter the transaction amount using the numpad and click Purchase to proceed.
- Manual Reconciliation:
- Open the Drawer Menu and select Reconciliation.
- Enter your PIN code to access the reconciliation screen.
- Click Reconcile.
- A confirmation screen appears to indicate the success of the process.
Switching Communication Modes
- Open the Drawer Menu and select Settings.
- Enter your PIN code to access the Settings screen.
- Choose between Standalone Mode or Wireless Integration Mode.
2. Using Wireless Mode
Step 1: Switch to Wireless Mode
- Open the Drawer Menu and select Settings.
- Enter your PIN code to access the Settings screen.
- Change the mode to Wireless Integration Mode.
Step 2: Retrieve Connection Details
- The following details will be displayed on the Settings screen:
- IP Address (for API communication)
- Communication Key (for encryption/decryption)
Step 3: Wireless Mode Features
- Transaction Processing via API:
- The amount is received through the /external/transaction API.
- Reconciliation via API:
- Reconciliation requests are handled through the /external/reconciliation API.
Step 4: Wireless Integration Active
- Once configured, the app will process payments and reconciliations through API calls.

3. Connection Troubleshooting
- Offline: If the connection is lost, check your Wi-Fi or internet settings.
- IP Address Changed: If the device IP changes, reconnect to restore functionality.
4. Generating Reports
Accessing Reports
- Open the Drawer Menu and select Reports.
- Enter your PIN code to access the Reports screen.
- Select the report type, either Transaction Report or Reconciliation Report.
Transaction Reports
- By default, the transactions for the current month are displayed.
- Select a date range (month-year) to filter transactions.
- Each transaction includes the following details:
- Amount
- Timestamp
- Masked Card Number
- Click on a transaction to view its receipt.
Reconciliation Reports
- By default, the reconciliations for the current month are displayed.
- Select a date range (month-year) to filter reconciliations.
- Each reconciliation includes the following details:
- Reconciliation Number
- Status (Completed/Failed)
- Date/Time Stamp
- Click on a reconciliation to see detailed scheme information.
5. Additional Notes
- Reversal & Refund Features: Currently not supported but will be available in future updates.
- Security Tip: Always log out after use to prevent unauthorized access.
