Business Configurations in Foodics
Before enabling the integration, you must create a Charge in your Foodics account with the following details:
Name: Foodizone
Type: Amount
Is Open Value: Yes
Also, ensure your branches are configured correctly:
Set correct opening/closing timings.
Add correct location details (latitude/longitude).
Enabling the Integration
Note: You must have a Foodizone account before enabling this integration. If you don’t, please contact Foodizone to register.
Log in to your Foodics Console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email. Non-owner users cannot activate the integration.
Go to Marketplace → Search for Foodizone under Ordering Platforms Management → Click Install.
On the authorization page, click “Authorize Foodizone To Access My Account.”
The integration will be enabled successfully.
Share any required mapping (branches, menu groups, charges, etc.).
Menu Sync
Log in to your Foodizone account.
After connecting your brand with Foodics, go to the Menu page.
Click “Import Foodics Menu” at the top.
A popup will show your entire Foodics menu with all categories and items preselected.
Select or deselect items as needed, then click Submit.
