Foodics Accounting - Fatoora Platform Integration (ZATCA)

In this guide we will help you connect and sync your Foodics Accounting account with The ZATCA Fatoora platform. 

1. From Foodics Accounting go to Settings > Zatca Onboarding
   
2. Click on "New Onboarding" 
   
    

3. Fill in all the fields with required data
   
   

   

   
    

   If you want to TEST the connection (before finalization) then here are the steps of how to do a Simulation
    

   Select the onboarding type  and add the OTP code from Fatoora platform.
   For the simulation onboarding , select Simulation or Sandbox
   
   
   Enter the 6-digit OTP code, then click "Confirm." Follow the steps below to generate the OTP code from
   Fatoora platform
   
   
    

   To generate OTP Code: 
   
   1- Access Fatoora platform from Zakat Authority website

   

   2- Log in using the TIN / Email and Password

   
   3- For the simulation connection, click on Virtual Fatoora Platform
   
   4- Click on "Configure New Device”

   
   5-  Click on "I’m not a robot," then enter the number 1 and generate the code

   
   6- Copy the code and add it to the accounting system
   
   

How to Switch from Simulation to final production (Fully sync with ZATCA and not a test)

1- Go To settings > Zatca Onboarding

2- Select the previous onboarding 

3- Remove the previous onboarding

4- Create new onboarding , and enter all the previous data
 

5- Select "Production" in the Environment field

6- Add new OTP code from the actual Fatoora platform, then click "Confirm”

How to Share Invoices with ZATCA

1- Invoices can be shared one by one from the invoice


2- A batch of invoices can be shared from the Sales Invoices page

3- To share the invoice payment method, you should specify the payment method in the bank information used for the payment

4- If (No Tax) is selected in the amount with field, then: 

The user must provide a zero-rate VAT reason when submitting invoices to the authority.
