Foodics Accounting - How to verify ZATCA Invoice sharing

1- When clicking to share invoices to ZATCA , the system reviews the entries and verifies the contact details. If any key data is missing, such as the CRN, the system will prompt the user to add it before proceeding

When invoices are shared to ZATCA, a response is received.

There are three types of responses:

First: Green Response - Indicates that the invoice has been successfully shared.

Second: Yellow Response with a Warning Message. Means the invoice was shared successfully, but a warning message must be considered for future invoices.

Third: Red Response with a Warning Message. Indicates that the invoice was not accepted, and the issue
specified in the message must be resolved. In this case, please contact support immediately.
