What are the Inventory Dashboards in Foodics BI?
Here you can benefit in gaining an understanding and data of your inventory performance on various levels. Here is the list of the 5 dashboards we have to present:
- Count
- Purchases
- Suppliers
- Transfers
- Control
- Count: Here we have each inventory item, SKU, storage unit, date of inventory count and time frame of when it happened, What is the quantity change, The total in and out, inventory count actual vs theoretical, and the variance.
- Purchases: Gives you an overview of the purchases you made, what is the Cost per unit, quantity purchased, and cost within a time range. With the totals displayed below which you can further filter or sort.
- Suppliers: Gives you an overview from which supplier you transacted with, the total purchasing cost, number of transactions, the returns, cost, number of returns.
- Transfers: Same as the above, it will display the total transfer of an inventory item per branch and destination, how much was transferred out, actually received, Their costs, and any returns with a total net transfers at the end.
- Control: Here it is similar to inventory control report where you can see the performance of your inventory based on Quantity (How much you started with, all different transactions such as purchasing, production, transfer, consumption and more, with quantity at the end of the time period). You have the option to view the same data but on a cost basis. Lastly it will display a daily comparison of the quantity per branch level.
