Dashboard Purpose
Use this dashboard if you want to:
- Monitor customer activity and behavior across branches, order types, and channels.
- Track key customer metrics like total net sales, number of customers, and new customers over time.
- Analyze average basket size and net sales per order to assess purchase behavior.
- Identify trends in customer performance and loyalty across various dimensions.
Common Use Cases
| Business Question | Answer / Where to Look |

| Where can I see detailed customer performance metrics? | Go to the Details tab. |
| What is the overall customer performance for this year? | Set Business Day = This Year and view the Summary tab. |
| Which branches have the highest number of customers? | Use the Branch tab and check Total Order Count. |

| Which source/channel drives the most customer sales? | Navigate to the Order Source tab and review Net Sales. |
