Dashboard Purpose
Use this dashboard if you want to:
- Track return activity across branches, channels, and order types.
- Monitor return amount, quantity, and impact on net sales.
- Identify top cashiers or creators associated with high return volumes.
- Spot operational or product-related issues that cause returns.
Common Use Cases
| Business Question | Answer / Where to Look |

| Where can I see detailed return metrics? | Go to the Details tab. |
| What is the total return amount for this year? | Set Business Day = This Year and view the Summary tab. |
| Which cashier or creator has the highest returns? | Filter by Cashier Name or Creator Name in the Details tab. |
| What percentage of net sales is lost to returns? | Check % of Net Sales in the Summary or Details tab. |
| Which branch has the highest return rate? | Review the Branch tab. |
| Which order type has the most returns? | See the Order Type tab and filter by Return Quantity. |
