Sales Deep Dive in Foodics BI
Dashboard Purpose
Use this dashboard if you want to:
- Track overall sales performance over time
- Understand how different branches, order sources, and order types contribute to sales
- Identify trends in sales volume, revenue, discounts, and returns
- Compare performance by branch, time period, or order type
Common Use Cases
| Business Question | Where to Look |
|---|---|
| What are the overall sales numbers for this month? | Use Summary tab and set Business Day filter to this month |
| Which branch is performing the best in sales? | Go to Branches tab and compare Net Sales |
| How do sales vary by order type (Delivery, Dine In, etc.)? | Check the Order Type tab |
| How many orders did we receive last week? | Use Summary tab with Business Day filter set to last week |
| What is the average basket size by source (API, Call Center, etc.)? | Look at Order Source tab and check Average Basket Size |
| Which order tags are driving the most revenue? | Use the Order Tags tab and check Net Sales |

Metrics & Definitions
