Dashboard Purpose
Use this dashboard if you want to:
- Monitor this month’s key performance metrics such as net sales, number of orders, and average sales per order.
- Compare this month’s performance to last month and the same month last year.
- Identify trends in sales, discounts, voids, and returns over monthly periods.
- Evaluate branch-level performance to support monthly operational reviews and planning.
Common Use Cases

Metrics & Definitions

| Net Sales | Total revenue generated from sales for the month. | Used to measure monthly sales performance. |
| Number of Orders | Total number of orders placed during the month. | Tracks order volume trends. |
| Net Sales per Order | Average sales value per order during the month. | Calculated as Net Sales ÷ Number of Orders. |
| Discounts | Total discount amount applied during the month. | Shows promotional impact on revenue. |
| Voids | Total value of voided transactions for the month. | Tracks canceled or invalidated sales. |
| Returns | Total refunded amount from returned products. | Indicates return-related revenue loss. |
