Dashboard Purpose
Use this dashboard if you want to:
- Compare last month’s performance with the same month last year.
- Compare last month’s performance with the previous month.
- Track trends in net sales, order volumes, and average sales per order month-over-month or year-over-year.
- Evaluate the impact of discounts, voids, and returns on monthly results.
- Assess performance differences across branches for the selected comparison period.
Common Use Cases

| Net Sales | Total revenue generated for the month in the selected period. | Used for overall sales performance analysis. |
| Number of Orders | Total orders placed in the month for each period. | Helps identify volume changes month-over-month/year. |
| Net Sales per Order | Average sales value per order for the month. | Calculated as Net Sales ÷ Number of Orders. |
| Discounts | Total discount amount applied in the month. | Indicates promotional impact on monthly revenue. |
| Voids | Total voided sales amount in the month. | Shows revenue loss from canceled transactions. |
| Returns | Total refunded amount due to returns in the month. | Tracks losses from returned items. |
