Dashboard Purpose
Use this dashboard if you want to:
- Monitor sales performance broken down by hour.
- Identify peak and off-peak times for sales activity.
- Compare created vs. closed orders by hour.
- Evaluate discounts, voids, and returns trends throughout the day.
- Analyze customer volume by hour.
- Assess aggregator (e.g., Hunger Station, Uber Eats, Deliveroo) contribution at different times of the day.
Common Use Cases

Metrics & Definitions

| Number of Orders | Count of orders placed or closed. | Based on selected tab (Created At / Closed At). |

| Void & Return Amount | Value of orders voided or returned. | Helps identify operational or customer issues. |
| Number of Customers | Unique customers served. | May differ from order count if customers place multiple orders. |
