Dashboard Purpose
Use this dashboard if you want to:
- Track
option net sales per hour (e.g., beverages, add-ons, modifiers). - Monitor
option quantities per hour to see when items are most ordered. - Compare
option net sales and quantities by option name and hour. - Break down option sales performance by branch and hour.
- Identify peak hours for specific products or categories to optimize staffing and inventory.
Common Use Cases

| Where can I filter different branch names? | Use the Branch Name filter to select your preferred branch. |
| Where can I filter product names? | Use the Product Name filter to select the products you want to analyze. |
| Where can I see the “Closed At” orders? | Switch to the Closed At tab for performance by order close time. |
| Which options generate the highest net sales during peak hours? | Use the Option Name filter and review charts in Created At tab. |
| How many units of a specific option were sold during lunch vs dinner? | Apply Business Day + Hour filters and check Option Quantity by Hour. |
| Which delivery channels (e.g., Careem, Deliveroo) perform best by hour? | Use the Order Tag Name filter and analyze hourly breakdown. |

| Category Name | Filters by product category. | Example: Iced Brew, Refrigerated Beverages. |
| Option Name | Filters by option (modifier/add-on). | Example: Acai Berry Tea, Chill Flavour. |
| Order Tag Name | Filters by order tags (usually delivery providers). | Example: Careem Now, Deliveroo. |
| Order Source Name | Filters by the order’s origin. | Example: API, Call Center, Cashier. |
