User Role Management and Privileges in Foodics BI

In this guide we will discuss how you can manage your users and their privileges in Foodics BI. For that you will need to do the following:

1. Go to your Settings Page from your user Profile
   
   
    
2. You have in the status drop down the ability to:
   • See all Active users
   • See all Pending users (who have yet to accept their invitation to Foodics BI)
   • List of all Inactive users
     
3. From the drop down to the right of Status, you can change which list of users at a Business level. To control users from a different business
   
    

4. You can click on any user to get the following pop-up
   

   Note: Number of branches is based on how many branches assigned to this user from the console. 

5. From here you can go to Privileges and click on Edit to change their access and privileges
   

We have 2 roles in Foodics BI:

• Admin:  Can see all branches
• Normal: Can only see the branches they are assigned in the console
   

Admin cannot demote another admit, but they can promote a normal user to Admin.
