Introduction

Enabling the Integration
- Note: You must have a Abovv account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Abovv to register.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplacepage ---> Search forAbovvunderDelivery Managementcategory ---> ClickInstall. - Authorization page appears, Foodics will ask you to Authorize
Abovvto access your Foodics Account, clickAuthorize Abovv To Access My Accountto proceed. - You will be navigated to abovv's portal to enter your business credentials to sign in.
- Integration has been enabled successfully.
Business Configuration in Foodics
1. Make sure that all your branches have correct longitude and latitude values.
2. Create an order tag with the exact name abovv to be assigned to orders that should be handled by abbovv.
How Orders are Sent to Abbovv
Delivery Orders will be automatically sent to abovv when the below
conditions are met:
1. Order type is Delivery
2. Order has customer and customer delivery address
3. Have the abovv Tag assigned to the order.
3. Order is marked as Ready, details on this are provided in the last section.
Note: Order will not be sent to abovv if cashier is active on the order, means the order is visible in the cashier screen. The cashier has to either Close the order through full payment or Move to another order If all above conditions are met, the order will be automatically sent to abovv.
How to mark orders as Ready in the cashier
- Send the order to the Kitchen, either to the kitchen display, or to the kitchen printer
- If the order is successfully sent to Kitchen, in the cashier register screen, click
MOREfrom the top right corner —> ClickMark Ready.
Note: If the order is not sent to Kitchen, the option Mark Ready will not appear.
