Business Configurations in Foodics
Please create the below charges in Foodics and use the exact charge names below:
- Delivery fee: Zeal_delivery_fee
- Tipping fee: Zeal_tip
If any configuration is missing, an alert will appear in Zeal’s dashboard: “Missing 1 configuration(s). Please download the setup guide and add your configs, then resync.”
Action steps:
- Click Download Setup Guide.
- Complete the setup.
- Click Resync Configs
Enabling The Integration
You must have an Zeal account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Zeal to register.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner's email to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplacepage ---> Search forZealunderOnline Orderingcategory ---> ClickInstall. - Foodics will ask you to Authorize Zeal to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Zeal To Access My Accountto proceed. By doing so, you grant Zeal the necessary permissions to access your Foodics account and enable the integration between the two platforms. - Log into your Zeal Dashboard.
- Once logged in, your Foodics branches will be displayed.
- Match them with the branches already created in Zeal Dashboard and ensure branch names are consistent to reflect properly in the app.
- Create charges in Foodics following the Business Configurations guide above.
Menu Sync
- In Zeal Dashboard, go to Menu Management → Main Menu.
- Click “Sync Menu”.
- The system will automatically fetch your Foodics menu (sync time is usually 2–5 minutes depending on menu size). Data synced includes:
- Item names
- Add-ons
- Descriptions
- Prices
- Review the synced menu in Zeal Dashboard.
- Verify that the menu appears correctly in your branded Zeal white-label app.
- Once confirmed, customers can place orders directly through your app, and all orders will flow seamlessly into the Foodics ECR.
