Epson: How to Get the IP Address

This guide applies to the following models:

• TM-T20   
• TM-T20II
• TM-T20III
• TM-m30   
• TM-m30II
• TM-P80   
• TM-T88V   
• TM-T20X

Refer to the following steps to learn how to get the IP address:

1. Hold the SW reset button until you get the paper printer information out of the printer.
Note: There is the words "SW" next to the hole you need to press into. 

 You will get a paper with IP address info.

Note: In printer paper info, make sure the link status is connect. If it is Unknown/disconnect ensure that the Ethernet cable is connected properly between the printer port and the router Lan port, or try to change the cable.
