How the merchant can request maintenance for the pay Device/ request Paper Roll/ Active Payment Method.
There are 2 ways to request maintenance for the pay Device/ request a Paper Roll/activate a Payment Method.
- First: By clicking on the Support option on the Device as below: - Request A Visit - Request A Call - Request A New Service
Request A Call. By following the steps below:
- Add your Phone Number
- Choose the Reason from the dropdown menu
- Add Notes (Optional)
- Confirm
Request A Visit. By following the steps below:
- SIM Card (In Case of exchange)
- Number of Paper Rolls
- Branding Material (If Needed)
- POS Hardware Issue (Broken)
- Exchange (Cable, Battery)
Request A New Service. By following the steps below:
- Click on the New Service button
- It will show all the available services and payment methods
- Choose a service or payment method
- Click on the Confirm button
- Second: Communicating directly with their Account Manager to request the services below:
- Paper Rolls
- Maintenance service
- Request A New Service
