Why does the Curbside Order Type not appear?

Sometimes clients expect the Curbside option to show up like other order types (Pickup or Delivery), but it works a little differently. Understanding how it appears in the system will help prevent confusion and improve the customer experience.

Key Points:

• Not listed in main order types: Even if the curbside option is activated, it won’t appear directly alongside Pickup or Delivery in the order type list.

• Only under Pickup: The curbside option is only visible when the client selects Pickup as their order type.

• Checkout prompt: After choosing Pickup, a question appears at the top of the checkout page asking if the client wants to use Curbside.
